Q: What is the Online Consultation?
A: Our Online Consultation is a chance for us to connect one-on-one and bring your wedding flower visions to life. During this meeting, we’ll go over your floral estimates, answer your questions, collaborate on your color scheme and style, and make sure everything feels perfect for your big day.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything for the consultation?
A: We appreciate if you come with:
🌸 Your wedding color scheme or Pinterest board (if you have one)
🌸 Your wedding date, venue, and approximate number of guests
🌸 Anything else you think is helpful (like photos or a mood board!)
Q: How long is the consultation?
A: Our consultation typically lasts up to 20 to 30 minutes — depending on your needs — but we’ll make sure we have enough time to answer all your questions.
Q: Is this really free?
A: Yes! The session, design board, and application are all 100% free.
Q: Do I need a specific style or budget to qualify?
A: Not at all! We're looking for diversity in stories, styles, and wedding sizes — from intimate garden weddings to big ballroom celebrations.
Q: What if I’m not selected?
A: You’ll still walk away with your peg board, expert guidance, and a clear floral plan — no pressure to book.
Q: What happens after the online consultation?
A: During our online consultation, we'll schedule a second online consultation with you where we will give you a finalized mock-up and quote along with the special promotion. Before the second online consultation, you can send us anything else you might want to change (florals, budget, etc.) so that we can give you the most accurate package. After everything is clear, you can choose to confirm your spot with us during the second consultation.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit to hold my wedding date?
A: Once you’re ready to move forward, we ask a refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. This guarantees that we’re exclusively booking that weekend for your celebration.
Q: What’s the Brides Bloom & Brunch invitation?
A: As a special thank you for trusting us with your wedding florals, we’ll send you a free invitation to our Brides Bloom & Brunch event after you pay your deposit. This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet our team in person, preview our floral designs, connect with other brides, and feel completely assured you’re in the best hands for your big day. Q: Can I bring my fiance?
A: Definitely! We actually prefer if you do. We strongly recommend bringing your partner for the second consultation. Communication is key when planning a wedding so having everybody onboard is much much better.
